Good moorning fellow Moo-ers!! The sun is shining, briefly I expect as the forecast is for more rain, and it's a great day to get up and get things done!!

I almost missed Ronee's Ad Challenge (http://www.oscraps.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=2567#2567) this week, for some reason I didn't notice it on the fourm here, but I stumbled across it in the gallery. So let's get our creative hats on and join in, we only have 3 days left!!

DH won his match at the Chess Club yesterday and tonight is at the home Chess Club (last night was an away match) where an International Master is dropping in to show them a thing or two. I'm on one of my rare Cooking Duties, and am going to do chili and rice for supper.

My Dad is doing me huge favour this morning and popping down to the chemist to pick up my painkillers - I ran out last night and I'll be a screaming wreck without them later on today! I want you to know that I would have run this errand myself, in the powered chair with those spanking new batteries, but rain and I don't mix well together

oh Jane - I hope that you have a good day! Stay out of the rain too - it isn't good for that new battery. Thanks for the reminder about the challenges. I need to look at those too!

On Monday I posted about..... you know you've been at DST too much when you stop by & see yourself being paged. Well on Tuesday I checked in - and found a PM from a rep from the acdSee company. Seriously! They found the our community & are curious as to how we're using their organizing software. AND they care about troubleshooting some issues. That is amazing customer service. So that was Tuesday... I chatted with my sis about it.

What has been happening is that I've been kindly answering questions on using the software as well as troubleshooting it at DST. On Sunday I had 3 questions, two of which I couldn't resolve... so my first thought was acdSee can take over their responsibility!

This may not surprise you, but I invited them to call me yesterday. So two company reps & I had quite the chat. I had loads of ideas for them! And they're trying to figure out the digiscrapping world. So, I started a poll at DST to gather any issues & suggestions so they can address them & make a better product. Is that not TOO COOL?!!

How often have you bought a product, esp.software & gotten the feeling that the company didn't care. This is amazing to me. They offer a quality product, but it would be nice to have a focus on the needs of digital scrappers.

Hope you all have a good day! I'm off to work soon.

*newsflash* Remember the daffodils I have been awaiting & concerned about the weather.... well they have shipped!! They are in New Yawk! and should be here in two days! WOOT maybe I can get those babies in the ground this weekend. (why o why did I order 60 bulbs?) and everyone pray for ummmm not cold weather... planting when it's 30 is going to be nasty (probably fast though!)

Note to self: Order them earlier in the future!

Goiod Morning Everyone:
Jane the dinner plan soundss fabulous, Congrats to hubby, icould never figure out chest..

Connie that is fantastic for getting such great reponse on the software for them to care enough to call.

They are very smart to notice and do something about it.

I have 100 bulbs I purchase in Amsterdam I never got around to plant.

I'm going to separate them and give out for xmas.

Good luck with that.

I got an Email from the Autumn Leave blog designers I won their week #6 Challenge.
Everyone have a great day,
Maggie

That is fabulous Maggie!! How awesome!

Way to go to win at Autumn Leaves...

You probably can plant later than I can (or all year round). I am NOT digging in the snow - trust me!

Happy Thursday, mooooovelous friends!!

WTG, Maggie...love the LO! That looks like an interesting BLOG! It's interesting how we get hooked on different challenges and hopefully stick with them. (Yes, Ronee, I will do this week's AD challenge!! I'm not sure if I can this week or not, but I will do it!! Thanks for the reminder, Jane!)

Connie, I checked out acdSee before you posted this, and I couldn't figure out how this was different from the Photoshop Elements Organizer. And how could this really help me more than just plain folder organization on my hard drive? It's very cool that that company does care what their customers think (Amazing, actually!)

I am personally organizationally challenged. I function better when organized, but it takes me soooo long to get there (and the maintenance nearly kills me!), that I tend to live by the skin of my teeth! This is a personal challenge that has plagued me for a very long time!! I did fly lady for a while until I was obsessing so much that I wasn't a very nice person to deal with, so I had to let it go. I still do believe in keeping the sink clean and putting my shoes on every day...

Off to do some web work for my DH (so I can afford more kits - hee hee!!). And for all you women who pray, I'm taking my mom to get a tooth implant this afternoon. She is not happy about the anesthesia - so pray for peace!! Thanks!

Happy moorning, y'all!!

I'm glad everyone is still interested in the ad challenge! I totally forgot to post it until yesterday, sorry. My bad. Anyway, I've got it up now and I would totally love it you guys still join in, don't feel like it has to be done by the end of the week though. Here's my layout for it http://www.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1522&cat=507&limit=recent

Congrats on the win Maggie!

Connie, the queen of ACDSee, that's awesome news, they totally owe you for letting us all know about the software. (And so do we, I love it!)

I've got two sick boys today, and I'm fighting something as well, I think all that business and lack of sleep really got to everyone, so we're kind of taking it easy for the day, and getting extra rest. (Thank God!)

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday!
