Good moooo-ring. Hope you enjoy some of my coffee although I don't think it is as good as Nina's :)


First off-- where is Jane??? Has anyone heard from her?

I hope that everyone is able to have some down time today before the insanity hits us all over again tomorrow.
Is it just my family or does anyone else have Christmas as a two day holiday? Crazy crazy.
I cleaned everything (not the tubs though) downstairs yesterday. So why does it look like a whirlwind came through while I was alseep?
Hitting the upstairs a bit today, then I want the rest of the day off. Think it will happen? I hope so.

I sent an email to Jane, but haven't heard back from her. I really hope she is ok and just very very busy!!!

We got a wild hair last night and decided to open all of our gifts last night! LOL it was sooooooo fun to be spontaneous in our son's eyes. Really, we just decided we didn't want to have to cart all the presents to Texas but it was still totally fun! One of his gifts was a magic 8 ball, so we kept asking it if we should open more gifts (and since I was holding it) it kept answering "yes"! He got so excited everytime it answered yes lol!

SO....... today is Christmas shopping day! Yeah, I'm late, yeah I don't have money, but hey, that's what the holiday's are all about, right?! I just need to get something for my MIL, FIL, BIL & DH.... no sweat........ *dies*

Vicki you're the funnest mom ever! I still have a couple more things to get for Christmas and then I need to wrap everything. But I think it's all manageable.

I also am throwing a suprise bday party today for a friend, so that should be fun, just a little casual thing, nothing too special.

Chris - I hope that you get the rest of the day off!

Vicki - isn't it fun to make the rules! (and break them?!)

Leah - I was shopping yesterday - they have plenty left... so you'll be fine.

Erin - you're wonderful to be having surprise party -- have fun!

Today - I'm relaxing this morning.. I should maybe be cleaning - but no festivities will be here... so.. unfortunately - I won't have a clean house in th e end. My dh agreed, so I have plans. I hope to get some more digisupplies organized & my EHD formatted & set up. Sister Heidi is bringing me another to be a backup. (Do you girls know that she has bought so many - that we joked that they were going to cut her off... you know like limiting people to only 2 pkgs of Sudafed ... well digiscrappers maybe should be limited to # of ehd's they can buy! ok - never mind if you don't follow the addiction thought there between meth users & digisupplies.... lol

This afternoon we're baking lefse. It's a great tradition & I'm so happy that my daughter & her friends join me. Yes - I'll take photos.

Last night our Maggie Lamarre helped me scrap. What a joy to see my work in progress thru someone's talented eyes! omg I have also Hello scrapped with Ms. Vicki. You ladies JUST RAWK!! man! Yes, I'll share the LO too. It's features Ms. Vicki's new paper set - with the dates.

Vicki that is too funny!! Guess what...we opened ours on Wednesday night! LOL!!! DD was so anxious and since she's 16, we thought what the hey! So we did. We were up until 6:30 in the morning playing with our goodies! It was a lot of fun. We still have Christmas with my Mom on Christmas Eve, and always make a Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day. The excitement and the spirit is still running strong. We just extended the holidays by having them early!!! lol!!! Getting ready to go see my Dad. This is the second time this year that I've seen him. A little apprehensive, and very anxious. Hopefully I don't get sick from nerves before I get there. I am hoping it will turn out better than last year. Keep those fingers crossed for me and send good vibes my way. I think I'm going to need it!!!

Vicki-Where in tx are you going!? We are right in the middle between Houston and Corpus Christi...way down south! That sounds like so much fun what you guys did! I am sure it will be a christmas he will always remember.
