i've been lurking here occasionally for months, so it feels good to come out into the sunshine! i'm ready to stretch and learn!

Hey Karen-Congrats on the teams!! Where in CAlifornia? And Ronee, did you know that our name means Queen in India-pretty cool huh!!!! HAve you ever tried Hot Yoga?! We have a Bikram Yoga center here and it's soo HOt it;s cooool!

No I didn't know that about our name! That's awesome!! I've always looked in the books (American of course) and never found anything.

I mostly practice Ashtanga, and a llittle bit of Hatha (when I'm too sore lazy to do ashtanga lol). I haven't tried Brikram before. One of my good friends just spent three weeks at a retreat in Cali, in July. I'll have to find out the name of it again. It sounded so amazing, maybe it's close to you.
