 I'm late in again this morning! I wish I had a good excuse, but I haven't... I've just been dawdling about looking at final Christmas presents to buy.

Huge congratulations to the CHEERY O'S

You can read all about our New Cheery O's here (http://www.oscraps.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=614), and I expect with all that surplus enthusiasm they'll be off and running very, very soon :D

Ronee has posted a new Ad Challenge (http://www.oscraps.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=611), so go get your thinking caps on: she has set us quite a puzzler this time. I am just skirting around this trying to think of something, but inspiration hasn't struck me yet. Give me time...

I'm sure you will all have noticed the new ACDSee (http://www.oscraps.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=39) forum where Connie and Heidi are in residence to answer all questions and get you going with this software. It souns like it makes the whole scrapbooking experience a bit easier :D

Well, I had better go and achieve something!!

Hi Jane!
I had popped in here a few minutes ago, and didn't see your thread. I didn't feel right about starting it for you, so I am glad you're here.

Congrats to all of the Cheery-O's. I really wish I could have tried out for the team, but the women who were chosen are gonna rock the *O* right out of Oscraps. :D

Huge props to Connie and Heidi for their tuts. Good stuff ladies.

Is it really only Tuesday?

Off to clean MIL's today, hope you all have a wonderful day, I am sure I'll be back to check up, no no-- check in on you all later.
Be good!

As for the ACDSee forum, I have more or less moved into the new residence!! I am hoping that either Connie or Heidi will adopt me, as I am a bit of a stragler in that dept!!

Today, I am on a major cleaning spree! Hopefully in the afternoon, I will get some more scrapping done, one of my CT Designers has a new role she wants me to do as well as the scrapping WOOT Although I have no clue what it is! I hope its good though!!

Sarah is chomping at the bit to go play on her bike, its actually a pretty nice day here which is weird for Scotland in November!

Good morning girls ---

I hit a wall last night - or maybe it hit me? Felt like it anyway. Maybe work just hit me over the head? I got there & we had no networked printing. Having 25 computers & the impending public - that is not a good thing. When I was trying to trouble shoot it - I deleted my inkjet printer driver (my tech people LOVE that - they think it's the ditzy-est thing to do). So I had to have the tech guy remote into my computer. I HATE that too because I like my privacy (I had to turn of Hello... Heidi had to wait). The tech guy took over my computer & solved all of my problems. It was just a long day - bluck. These next two are going to be two. (Heidi was anxious to get the ACDSee forum going here - and that did happen - so all is well).

Ok - enough whining in my soup. Just letting you know why Connie may be out of sorts. It's not anyone's doing here. In fact I'm EXCITED to have our new cheeryO's and looking forward to getting to know you!!

Cat - I'll adopt you dear. Heidi wasn't sure if you'd want to have her babies. I made a layout with Photo Editor last night! I just need to finish it this morning. If we play with it too - we can help each other - that's the best way.

Ok girls - I'm going to finish the lo. Thanks Chris for the support and at DST (love you girl!); Jane - good morning & we can start the board if needed, hi danielle! are you a morning person? me too!! (I need to quit being a night person).

Be back in a bit with my layout of my neice. She's just too cute at TWO!

gooooood mooooo-rning!

I'm not a morning person today, I slept until the alarm went off. I usually wake up before it. But, I was too keyed up to sleep last night so I was up way too late surfing the web for Christmas presents to make this year.

I normally have 95% of Christmas shopping/making done before Thanksgiving, but not this year - guess I was busy with other things this year 8)

But, now I have it nailed down what I'm going to make so I'm going to be shopping for supplies and getting started on that today.

And, I've got a couple of personal announcements that I need to get made over the next few days so I'm going to prepare for those. I can let you in on one of those right now, Nov. 30th, will be my last day at PDW. PDW has been a great second home/shop to me and it is definately not because of any drama that I have resigned from there. And, in addition to that little bit of news, I will be opening shop somewhere else in digiland on Dec. 1. Of course, my #1 home is Oscraps and that ain't changin!!!!

Oh yes, want to say this one more time....

Cheery O's I'm so thrilled to have you here!

Chris~you can start the moos if you want to. :)

Jane~no worries lady!

ack, i gotta get the munchkin to school!

It is a good morning! so far.

I am just so super excited to be here and getting to know all of you better. I truly mean that. I am honored for being chosen, and hope that I can bring some great things to this already wonderful site.

Nothing exciting planned today. Just cleaning, grocery store runs and chatting with all you gals. :D

Hope you all have a good day!

Good Morning!
What excitment we've had here at the Big O! I just wanted to say Congrats again to our Cheery-O's and say that I can't wait to work with these talented and Cheer- y ladies!
I am not hardly awake at all, still on my first cup of coffee and having to hit the backspace key way too many times to even get this typed up. Will try to check in later today, once I am awake! I am NOT a morning person at all!
Have a great day!!!

I just realized why I love this home so much...I'm not a morning person either, but I am a MOOrning person!!! How fun it is to wake up, brush my teeth, and run to the computer!! heh heh...ok this morning I did make breakfast (and lunch) for various people here before running to the computer. Although, I'm jealous of Carla's coffee...hadn't had time for that (yes, the backspace is being hit numerous times, too, girl!!). in 30 minutes, I'm running over to a neighbor's house to join some moms to pray for our kids. Should be lots of fun!!

So I gotta get us all going...

I'll check in later...

BTW, CONGRATS TO THE CHEERY *O*S!! Thanks for joining us here, Tiff and Danielle. (I'm sure we'll see Erin and Krista soon!!)

Hey everyone,

I am glad that I am not the only non-morning person. My body and mind are still fighting over if I should be awake or go take a nap. I got the kids off to school, its raining and thundering, and that couch & blanket are screaming my name. It doesn't help that I have a cold coming on. I am glad that I promised someone I would be somewhere at 11:00 so that doesn't give me time.

Welcome to all the new cheerios!

Connie and I are stirring up things up with ACDSee forum and it's being talked about at dst.

Have a good day everyone!

Chris, anyone can start the Ooooo's - as long as they remember that I am the Original Moo and give respect

I see that in spite of not being morning people, you're all pretty perky today  I loved your remark Sally:
I'm not a morning person either, but I am a MOOrning person!!!
I think that just says it all :D :D

You really are pulling in the excitement in Vicki!! Moving shop too! You'll be glad when Christmas arrives so you can have a rest  Good luckw ith all your new ventures :D

I have to admit to not achieving much so far today, although I'm making up for it in this last hour or so... I've got some laundry on the go, I stacked a few things in the dishwasher, I've cut off my bra, I've printed some more Christmas cards for my Mum, along with her address labels for sending to people, and a couple of sheets of her own address lables for sticking on the back of envelopes. Now I'm going to have a session guillotining

You all are cracking me up!

I'm sure all the new Cheery O's are still buzzing with excitement :) Whoo Hoo

Ainsely has a cold, and we're just kind of "off" today for some reason. We have a couple of appointments this afternoon. I'm still trying to get a grip on this holiday thing. I'm usually ahead of the game but this year I'm way behind.

I'm going to try to back away and get some stuff done. I'll be back later to get the scoop on the day.

Morning Girls!

It's been snowing here! We usually only get a day or two of snow a year, sometime in Jan. NEVER before Christmas. And flippin' cold, and the snow has stuck around for nearly three days now! Makes me wonder what will happen in Jan, when it really gets cold. Our summer was pretty hot, so our winter must be balancing that out.

Now that I've given you the weather...lol

I'm so glad all the Cheery Os have joined us, it is so fun seeing all the movement on the board, and they've only been on the job for a day!

That's all for now, gotta go do my own ad challenge, (sheesh why'd I have to pick such a hard one, lol) and I think it might be time for a new avatar. ;)

Maybe it was all that wild partying last night, Krista?!! Although I did appreciate you sending me to bed.

Well - I am home 'resting' getting ready for a wild day at work tomorrow. My public hasn't been forewarned that starting tomorrow - everyone will NEED a library card to use the internet and will have to pay in advance of printing. Toss in untrained staff - and can we spell 'DISASTER'? Well, I'm calling it D-Day. But that's tomorrow.

Today I am home sick. uh huh - resting. (my fingers don't need to rest though).

Did you see I started created tutorials for Photo Editor. (Cat noticed because I adopted her). Heidi will help me by adding screenshots (will someone mention this to her please?). And it will be fun! So that's on my morning agenda. I AM a morning person girls... I've been going since 7 am. But since I'm sick today - a nap will be in order.

So I have news too. I am resigning from PDW as a cheerleader. I have my hands full here keeping ya'll busy! And now that I'm a Cheery O! there are only so many hours in a day. I loved that position & PDW - and will miss those ladies. It was awesome fun! :)

Ok - watch the ACDSee section - I'll be working in there putting up new curtains & redecorating... Cat - can you help me move furniture?

Good moooorning everyone. I've had a crazy couple of days. We're closing on our house this morning and yesterday the loan company said they needed a lot of last minute stuff, so I was super stressed out yesterday. On top of that, the house we're renting right now is having new siding put on, so everytime I got Marilyn down for her nap they started banging and woke her up. Luckily I had some super fantastic news to get me through it; I'm so excited to be a Cheery O!!!!

I am sooo not a morning person either, but luckily, and my daughter isn't one either. It takes her a good hour to wake up enough to get out of bed in the morning, so I get to cuddle with her. That's the only time she'll ever cuddle too!

Today I'm probably gonna help dh out with his business as things have fallen a bit behind with all the house stuff, and with all the pounding around here, I'm not sure I really want to be at home either.

Oh, and tonight I really want to get my blog up and running. I saw the blog header templates in the store, and I think I'm definently going to go for one of those, but can anyone point me in the direction of a really great tutorial for blogger. I'm sure I can figure everything out, but I haven't really been in a thinking mood this week...

Dont let me near breakables though, that be a warning to you!

Ok I dont know why I didnt download the ACDSee 9 Photo Manager, I thought they were all incorparated into one program! Now that I have both in, everything seems crystal now :D

So Krista can do her cheery O happy dance, me, I am dancing to the ACDSee and that is not the band!

Wow, you all have been busy for being in various forms of sleep deprivation and illness! You're setting the bar pretty high for mere mortals like myself! :)

We had a thunderstorm last night. In November. In Iowa. That's pretty weird. My poor little girl HATES thunder, so she didn't sleep very well last night. She doesn't pitch a fit or anything, but every hour or so I would hear a weak little, "Mom?" coming from her room. A little reassurance, and she was back on her way to dreamland. Until the next thunder clap...

Made a library run this morning with my little boys. The librararians love us at the library we most frequently frequent despite the fact we check out 50 or so books each visit. Sam is REALLY into any book about animals, especially the baby ones. He is such a little softie! And of course, Mom has to get her fix of craft books and magazines. Eek. Baby Ben flirts with the librarians. They eat it up!

Congrats to the Cheery-O's! (I *so* dig that title.) I have to say that this place has a really good rythym going. You enthusiastic little buggers are just gonna send it through the roof! :) Or pass out first. Or both! Y'all just make me wanna be a part of the crowd. Thanks for rolling out the carpet for one and all!!!

Make it a great one (and, if you're on the other side of the world, see you tomorrow)!

... or the new Cheery O's are going to make me pass out? Maybe the designers thought that would slow Connie down... lolol I love the energy though. (hope I'm not too old to keep up! Heidi - don't touch that one!)

Jen - don't you love libraries? We LOVE everyone that comes & takes 25 + books out at once. This librarian has been known to give out chocolate to those wonderful customers! Although this librarian has been known to go & buy herself a $10 box of chocolate & eat part of it due to stress too...
:)

ut Libraries rock! I know my sister Heidi takes her boys there often too. Reading is an awesome thing! and its all FREE at your public library (you just have to bring it back). (Can you tell I've practiced that a few times?) PSA is over.....
