The sun is shining, almost! And it's supposed to be dry today, but windy. This good news because I have to go out today, my first trip since the excitement of the weekend.

The logjam in the printer is sorted, so I'll finish up my cards today. Thanks for the kind words about them, and Keely, I'm only organised because apart from the door and baubles they were already designed! And congratulations on being Featured Scrapper and a Vixen :D

Oooh, and I tried another experiment yesterday: a mail merge straight to the envelopes so I don't even have to mess with labels! Christmas is turning out to be quite easy this year :wink: I also got my Thankful Challenge LO done yesterday afternoon :D

I forgot our WWW Wednesday Wishes & Wants, but I remembered it's TOT today!!

I am tempted to just sit and read all day today.
I am tempted to go and play with another of Ronee's calendar templates.
I am really tempted just to sit here and feel sorry for myself - so I'll do one of other two temptations so I don't fall into number three's trap :D

Yay for sunshine, Jane!!

it is cold and rainy and windy herer in NJ. Not a good day for the big Macy's Day Parade in NYC. I am guessing that they won't be carrying the balloons this year. Thats a bummer.

TOT:
1. Stay in my PJ's all day. Bail on the T-day dinner at my mom's, and cozy up with my book and fuzzy blanket.

That's a big enough temptation-- so I am only going to write one.

Good morning ladies!! :)

As I told Jane yesterday on HELLO she inspired me .... ;) Inspired me to finally finally FINALLY back up all of the pictures on my hard drive ... all 6000 of them!! OY!! Took the better part of the day yesterday but its now done. ;)

The 2 little girls had quite the afternoon ... made Momma want to run away screaming never to return. But I stood tall and managed to get through it. :)

We went shopping last night for Christmas lights for outside on the house so hopefully Peter will get those finished up today. :)

Other than that .... hmmmmm not much else going on.

I am tempted to scrapbook all day - cause I have some serious catching up to do.
I am tempted to NOT go to the dance studio!!

Ohhhhhhhh that's enough.

Gooooood moooooorning y'all!

HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!!

I fully intend to be tempted over and over and over to overindulge in all the yummy, yummy food. And, I am going to give into that temptation - over and over! yeah baby!

This morning, I've got to get my fruit dip done and get a potroast into the crockpot. That way we'll have something to eat tonight since we don't bring leftovers home with us. We'll be going over to my sister's extended family gathering - her hubby has a large family with numerous family friends who all gather over there and my family is rather small, so we all join them. There are always so many people there and I love it! My munchkin stayed the night with my mom, so we'll be going to pick them up on the way there.

Then, later in the day, I'm going to be finishing up some things for the Black Friday sales at Oscraps (and depending on how much time I have - getting the BIG announcement ready to debut this weekend woohoo!)

I spent all day yesterday relaxing with my boys - watched Monster House with the Munchkin in the afternoon and Nacho Libre with the hubby in the evening. Monster House - thumbs up. Nacho Libre - thumbs down!

I hope everyone has a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful and loving day whether you celebrate this holiday or not!!!!

Good morning all!

My pumpkin pies are in the oven, and my eggs are boiled (my devilled eggs are expected wherever I go - my secret is Wasabi - something I learned from Iron Chef -- too much tv! lol). But it does kick them up a notch!

Then we'll visit & relax. My dd has to work this afternoon so dh & I will have some quiet time this afternoon & evening with dh.

Happy Thanksgiving to all...even those across the bathtub!! :D

Well, I gave in to every food tempatation today that I could, including Vicki's very cool fruit dip. Luckily, my MIL left the leftover fruit to go with my dip!! (Thanks again, Vicki, for the great recipe...easy is the way I cook!!)

Now, Connie, I've never cooked with Wasabi. How does that work? I'd love to make deviled eggs with some snap!!

don't worry - I'm too chicken he will find out. It should be very cool for his party on Saturday night. I got a bunch of baby pics and older from his mom, and I have made them into a slide show. I can't wait to show it on the big screen. I'm still editing...but he has to leave the room.

Gotta go before I'm caught!!

YAY Sally!!! I'm thrilled you like the recipe!

I was doing so well this morning... everything was ready ahead of schedule, things were running smoothly, we made it on time... and I had forgotten the dip in my refrigerator at home! Since we live across town, I just popped over the closest grocery store and bought new ingredients and whipped it up again! Thank goodness it is one easy recipe lol!

We had a fantastic day and I'm even scrappin' it!
