Good mooooooorning!
We are back home now! yay and boo lol. It was wonderful getting to rest and relax and have fun, but it's nice to be home, too.
Today, I'm doing laundry and cleaning house. After a week of grandma and son alone in the house, it's not nearly as messy as I expected LOL.

Welcome back Vicki!
We have a full day ahead of us here. There is a home game (college football) and due to the location of our house this means in about an hour old friends, new friends and probably a couple of people we have never met before will start pulling into our driveway. The house is clean, the food is ready and beverage BAR stocked so I am ready. I actually LOVE gamedays and have found over the years that throwing a tailgate (in my house though) party 5 or 6 times a year is NOT a big deal unless a make it a big deal.
I must say that our Connie deserves MUCH MUCH thanks, praise and probably a medal for her attempts to help me with an ACDSee problem! I am, to put it pretty mildly, technically challenged and Connie has been just fabulous. And I have even got to PM with Heidi, Connie's sister she always tells us about!

We've just got in from our Book Club supper: it's 10.20pm and I am almost asleep sat here! I'm also rather cold - it's been wild,wet and windy here today.
I apologise for not Mooing on time today: I meant to but then Mum and Dad wanted to pop round and then we were out, and well, I just seemed to run out of time. So thanks for keeping us Moo-ving Vicki :lol: :lol:
I think I'm going to moo-ve off to bed now :)

Checking in! Still have a sick baby. She slept better last night, but still woke up a few times, so I am still feeling tired.
Yesterday I was so sleep deprived after being up most of the night with her, that when I went out at lunchtime to grab some baby cold meds, and lunch--I went through the drive-thru at Wendy's, ordered my food, pulled up at the first window and paid for it, and then drove off. I got half way home before I realized I'd forgotten to stop at the second window to *pick up* my food. DUH! So I had to turn around and go back to get it. LOL
Nothing else exciting to tell. :) Hope everyone has a good weekend!

OMG GENEVIEVE! I'm sorry, but I am totally laughing my a$$ off here! That is the funniest thing I've heard in a long time :) I'm sorry to laugh at your pain, but, Oh man, that is so totally something I would do! I've done that at walmart before - thankfully, Alyx had a new toy in the bag so he asked me why we left his toy there before I made it all the way out of the store. UGH! I hope you sleep better tonight!

It has been a busy week this past one - and some very amazing things happened! I took today off away from the net. As Anna mentioned, my sister has joined me on DST in helping ShellyRae & I answer questions about acdsee. My sister is a software design engineer & she's whipping up a lot of answers!
I had such a nice chat with Jane this morning (I'm probably the reason there was no moo from her - we were moo'ing together.)
Last night, well I should say this morning my dtr didn't call & at 1:30 started looking for her. She came home at 2:30 am & it was not a happy thing. I don't appreciate the lack of consideration. I got up with dh at 6 am - so I"m tired.
