It's another holiday for DH today, but not quite as pleasant as last week's day trip because hes' off at the dentist having preparation work done for 3 crowns. DH doesn't like dentists and this is the first time he's gone voluntarily in over 10 years. Rather him than me - one thing I did manage to get right was a good set of teeth that have hardly needed any treatment :D Can you see? Lovely set of gnashers there you know :D

I see you're all having fun with Nina's templates at the moment :) Templates are great, I like them because they take the effort out of creating the actual layout yourself, so you don't have to worry about placement. All the templates I have used so far have been separate png files that you just load on top of one another in layers, like you would a normal LO. That means they are easily compatible with PSP. I'll have to try out a different format with PSP and see what happens.

What is everyone up to today then?

Good mooooo-rning.

I am still feeling more alseep than not.

We have no school in NJ yesterday and today. Both of my kids are sleeping over at freinds' houses. So what am I doing up at 6am?
My To Do list is growing by the second it seems. I hate waking up feeling stressed out and behind schedule.

Yesterday I had such wonderful plans of doing some house work, some accounting for my MIL, then taking an hour or so to scrap. My neighbor calls and asks if I can do a gift basket for her-- but she needs it by Sun. Well, I am going away today for the weekend, so it really need to be done ...*now* But I am not about to pass up an oppourtunity to sell a $55 basket! I spent all day working on that yesterday, and will be finishing up today. Then it is packing, cleaning, accounting, making my dad rice pudding for his b-day gift ....and try to not lose my sanity.

Oh! Too late!

buhahahahaha!

I'll try to catch up with you all before I leave-- have a wonderful day!

Chris keep your sanity!! Want me to hold onto it for a few days? You can get it back when you return from the weekend. ;)

Jane - ugh dentists!

And today I'm shorthanded at work - that means the public will look at me & say 'Are you WORKING?'. That totally cracks me up - because I feel like asking back - so what am I doing all the rest of the time when I"m in my office? (oh!! - maybe they know about my habits...). Speaking of that - I need to fill out my part of MY evaluation for my director & tell her what an outstanding job I'm doing (at work!! - what did ya think? I'd admit to this digiscrapping career?)

Man - I'm sassy today. This morning dh & I heading to the school for a proud parent moment. Our dh is part of the vet's day program. She's very patriotic & is pleased to have been chosen to speak.

Laters girls!

Morning girls. Forgive me if that didn't sound very enthusiastic, but I am an absolute zombie this morning. Mia caught her daddy's cold last night, and I was up on and off through the night with her, and got up at 5am with her. It's just a cold--no fever, thankfully--but she is all congested and and has a hard time breathing through her nose when she's lying down. Thus the constant waking up. I am SO tired. And of course, DH is out of town on business until Tuesday, so I get to deal with this by myself. *sigh*

But in happier, scrap-related news, I've got a new Christmas kit up in the store today. You can check out my post (http://www.oscraps.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=457) in the annoucement forum about it. So that is fun. Releasing new product is always exciting for me. :)

Jane, you're so lucky you got some good teeth! I have been cursed with "soft enamel" and no matter how well I care for my teeth, I always end up with cavities at the next dentist visit! I HATE IT!

Chris, hope you can get everything done and enjoy your weekend! No stressing out!

And Connie, pass some of that sass this way! I could certainly use it. And an IV drip of caffeine, too...

See ya, girls! That is, if I'm not totally dozing by noon...

LOL Connie! Thanks so much! :) I've got a full team right now, but will be changing it up again in Feb. I'm thinking next time I'm going to hand-pick instead of having a call, so I'll definitely keep you in mind! :)

I hope you're getting everything done and have a great weekend away Chris :D

Not too much longer for you to be "working" Connie  It's early evening now, 6.30pm and almost time for tea.

DH did well at the dentist, although he has these funny turns when he's had the anaesthetic needles and needs to be given glucose. The dentist wasn't happy with pulling out the wisdom tooth as it was really painful, so he's being referred to someone else for further investigation.

We've spent the whole day here in the computer room, trying to keep warm. For some reason it seems really cold today. I've been busy and finally managed to finish what I've been doing all week, so I can go off and rest now, feeling very pleased with myself :D

I hope you get some rest Genevieve, it's no fun when you're bone tired, is it?

I think I'll go read and watch tv for the evening :D
