Hello, from Dresden, Germany! page 1

Hi, Everyone! I'm new here - just posted to one of the contest threads last week and realized I hadn't introduced myself.

I've been scrapping since 1995 and only started digi-scrapping in November when I realized the supplies I needed to complete a California Theme Park vacation album for my MIL wouldn't arrive in time to get it done before I had to ship it for Christmas (she lives in the States and we all took a vacation together last year before we moved overseas.)

I had been collecting freebies for over a year, thinking I'd give it a try "one day" and I had a prodigious collection of brushes because I use PS for designing web graphics and playing around with photos before printing. Well, I scoured the web for images and papers and ended up pulling it together with odds and ends and a few purchased kits.

I was amazed at the results! I can't wait to get started on albums for myself, now.

On a more personal note, I'm married and have three kids - two daughters (15 and 8) and a son (5). I'm a SAHM and own a scrapbooking website that will probably take a decided turn toward support and resources for digital scrapping now that I've been bitten by the bug.

Welcome to Oscraps!! I hope you enjoy your venture into digital scrapbooking and cant wait to see some of your work popping up in the gallery! I only know a few words in German, and will probably butcher the spelling, but here goes.....

It's not a digi-scrapping site, though you'll find some great fonts, poems, quotes and Year in Review downloads. It's Scrapbooking Resource Center (http://scrapbookingresourcecenter.com).

before I moved to mnster iI lived 21 years near dresden.
its a wonderful town and around dresden you will find sooooo many sights and little places, just check them out *smile*
sometimes I miss my good old homeland :(
hope that you will also like it as much as I do ;)
if you wanna you can tell me all about new things at dresden ;)
