My printers now work. It hasn't since I got my new computer this summer, and I've spent hours trouble shooting it over emails. Finally, I tried their chat technical support and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

Thank goodness, I was about to throw them out the window!

Yep, I will not be defeated by electronics. Even though the rep said I needed to buy a new printer, twice. Thank goodness my dh had one of the same model I could test them both or I would be printer shopping.
