Since I'm up yet - and it's tomorrow - I will start this.. and I missed today's - so does this count for both days?

I just spent some serious quality time with my sis building a website. That girl is serious about this! And a HUGE thank you to Ronee for her cc & for graciously allowing us to use one of her kits. (We owe you girl!). And my sis gave me a blog - so I'm happy as a duck on a rainy day. And I bet you want to know what it's about -huh?! Well - some clues - we're not going to become famous designers - I will tell you that. It's safer that way (for all of you - trust me). And I'm a librarian - there's another clue...hmmm - Heidi is technically inclined... that's enough to get you thinking.

Tomorrow we're off to Fargo for errands & dr. appt for hubby. (see why I'm Ooo'ing now?). I had a busy day at work & will enjoy tomorrow's day off.

Vicki - congrats on having your kit chosen for digipick of the day! that's awesome!

Sounds like fun, I've always thought designing websites would be fun.

Today was a busy day. Doctor's appointment for the little guy, meeting this afternoon. Trying to decide what the heck we're going to do for dinner. :? I hate those days when nothing sounds good, you really just don't want to cook but have to anyway, and you have things to do so that you can't dwell on it for too long. We'll see.

Hope everyone has a great day! I realize yours haven't really started yet. I think i'll go scrap a page or two!

Thank you Nina for the coffee! Since, I am up, I'll enjoy the cup! I guess our household is coming down with something. Sissy (DD) didn't feel good yesterday when she got home from school. I went to bed at midnight which is very unusual for me, and slept for 2 hours. Now I am up, it's been 2 hours and I feel really sick. Maybe Nina's coffee will help!
Connie be careful and have fun on your trip!
Inkspots - I hate to cook everyday. Thankfully I have a hubby that likes to cook! There's always take out too!
Nina I sure hope that you get to feeling better. May be time to go to the doctor!

I had the oddest dream last night that it was Saturday. dang ....

So many of you are still sick. :( Please, please try the garlic pills. I promise you, they will help.

Inky- I *hate* those days too. My dh doesn't cook at all, and my kids are so picky. It is such a drain having to come up with something to eat very night. The nights I have no clue-- we eat either noodles with butter and cheese or scrambled eggs.

Vicki- woot! Excellent news on the kit of the day!!

Anyone have any temptations for Thurs?
I am tempted to scrap all day with ACDSee to get my kits all organized.
Then I want to hit the closets and donate all of the clothes and toys we don't use. Then I want to de-Christmas the house.

Morning, everyone! Busy day ahead for me--I have to finish all the work I didn't get done yesterday (because ONE high-maintenance client took up my ENTIRE day!), plus everything I normally have to do on Thursdays... *sigh* But I did manage to get a really cute baby girl brush set (http://www.oscraps.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&manufacturers_id=16&products_id=466) up in the store today, and it coordinates with Leah's really cute Oooh-La-La! Friday Freebie (http://www.oscraps.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&manufacturers_id=8&products_id=467)! :) We had lots of fun putting that together!

Also, I'm kind of excited to announce that I am now exclusively designing for Oscraps! I resigned at my other store yesterday, just due to time constraints--I was really struggling to keep up at two sites! Kind of sad to leave the other place, but excited to be at Oscraps exclusively because I LOVE it here! :)

Anyways, I am at work so there isn't much to the imagination for me to do...besides there are only so many sites I can visit w/out being websensed out, kwim? So, other than filing, which is a must for today, I will do 2 LOs...a challenge on another forum and one for the CT I'm a part of. :))

Good Afternoon Ladies!!!
Right now I have 2 men in my root cellar drilling a hole into my rock foundation. We have had no heat since a week before Christmas, and we've all been sick. (we are lucky it's been unusually warm in the east) Since it's a 160 year old house, I hope the foundation does not crumble.
I'm hoping this weekend to de-clutter my house. Put away all the christmas stuff, and just straighten and clean.

Good morning!

I'm gonna have to agree with Erin and Maisie and say I'd like to take care of the clutter today. Amazing how the holidays can fill your house so quickly.

And I agree with Chris about the garlic. If you don't have garlic pills, you can do what I do and order a pizza with roasted garlic, it's so good. It will make you smell like garlic for a week but it's worth it to feel better and get some good food. Did you know that the slaves that built the pyramids in Egypt were given a ration of garlic cloves regularly to keep them healthy for work?

Anyway, I hope all the sickies feel better soon. Get lots of rest girls!

Connie - Have a safe trip. We'll be here when you get back!

Gen - We're so glad to have you here! Congrats on going exclusive! Good luck getting things done today.

Sweeet - I'd love to go digishopping too, but I think I'd also break the bank, so I'll hold off for a little while, lol.

Sorry I've been lurking around lately this week. I'm trying to rest from all of the holiday excitement! It sounds like everyone here is having exciting times, too! I almost (note - almost) wish I were sick so I could just sit around and digiscrap all day...but oh well...I have to take my son to get his new retainer fitted and then take down all of the Christmas stuff, too. And tonight I have our church music rehearsal that I have to plan for...that's always fun. So, my temptaion is to do what others have mentioned...buy lots of digi-stuff for ME! and scrap!!!

Afternoon y'all!

Today I have resisted the temptation to just sit around all day! I have done a tiny, tiny bit of decluttering, some designer mentoring I've been meaning to do, a bit of designing, some digikit organization on one puter, answered a ton of emails and inquiries, helped my son with his "yellow" quests in World of Warcraft, 3 loads of laundry, and a tiny bit of paperwork. I figure all these tiny starts will eventually add up to huge improvements around here!

My next task is to go up in the attic and get all the Christmas storage boxes down so I can spend a few 15 min sessions taking it all down tomorrow. Yes, I am reverting to flylady's ways - I flew for a long time (before starting my own wildly popular website that has consumed most waking moments for the last 3/4 of a year! and a lot of the sleeping ones too! lol)

And, to all the sickies, I took Chris' advice and am on the garlic - it definately helps! I also took Ronee's advice and am also taking echinacia (I can't remember how to spell that right now), so I'm definately feeling better than I was.
