Argh. All of my talk yesterday about hitting the kids room with garbage bags came to nothin'
I after the kids left, I went grocery shopping- so much easier to do alone!
Scrapped a bit.
Did some laundry, them remembered that I was supposed to be working from home for MIL. Put in 2 1/2 hours on that, and there went my day.
The kids won't be home until mid-morning, so I still have some time today.

Today is Temptations on Thursday, so I am tempted to -- do nothing!

Alright, I have never postet anything here before, but since it`s Temtations on Thursday; I am tempted to become a really big Ooooo :D

But now, here in Norway it`s shoppingtime..I have to get some dinner for to day, and that is not so tempting..I hate to cook, so I think it`s my housbands turn to day....(again...) :wink:

Today I'm also tempted to do nothing lol... but alas, I cannot. I'm going to have to be moving in emergency mode today.

I've got around 100 mb of space left on my design computer and that is just not enough room to download and organize all of the collab kit (photoshop just crawls when there isn't a big enough swap file space - not to mention I haven't even downloaded all the pieces yet.) So, I've got to free up some space and will probably take this time to back things up to DVD.

Plus, we haven't done Christmas with my side of the family yet and I've got to finish the gift for our niece. OY! I tell you, I'm not going to do to myself next year what I did this year - procrastinate. Typically I'm all done with the gifts (including home made gifts for everyone) by Thanksgiving. This year, well, I'm still not done and it's after Christmas already lol!

Welcome Lenemor! and YES! you can become a really big O! What part of Norway are you from?

I'm just passing thru.... I'm tempted to not go to work - but it's Thursday - so it's time... I have a blucky meeting with a Union lawyer at noon, then I'm done for the day.

I had a GREAT time with my sister & her family at a resort. I shared a couple of photos last night with Vicki that I need to scrap. Heidi & I set up our hardware (does this surprise you?) and we talked digiscrapping. She helped me format my two EHD's & I'm ready to have one as storage & the other as a backup....

Hmmm too much to do today. I should first say that I am new to this site my SIL told me that I would love the homey feeling. For me after the DD wakes up from morning nap we are off to pick up my paycheck, then to the bank and grocery store. While DD *hopefully* takes long afternoon nap I will be packing for trip out of state for NYE wedding. Then tonight as long as my family is well (yucky bug being passed around) we'll stop in and spend some time with our out of town sister's and brother in law. I think this is the only time today I'll get to sit on the puter :).

Can I have two tempatations?!!!
Number One...I'm so tempted to quite my real job and then just go full steam ahead designing!!! So many ideas in my head and not much time to do them!
Number TWo...since I can't quit my real job I'd like to get rid of hubby for one whole month so I don't have to cook or listen to him whine about me being on my computer!

Vicki: I'm with you on making gifts early next year. I'm thinking we could help ourselves and fellow O'scrappers by doing a challenge a month...that is gift related?!!! I missed out BIG time this year and have a whole list of things I want to create for gifts for next year. Lauren's mug template came a little too late...but I can see this being a big one for teacher gifts next year!

Connie: Two externals....what size? I have 200 gigabytes but I'm really really afraid I will loose my photos. I have them backed up on CD's but I don't trust them either! I'm thinking of getting another!

just wanted to pop in and say 'hello'

i've missed being involved the past few days but you know those holiday's and then there was an earthquake in Taiwan that knocked out all telecommunications here in hong kong so no internet for me... but i think it's all fixed... just in time for me to head to bed. lol

so my tot:

stay up and get my internet fix... he he

but alas my dd had an asthma attack last night and i'm exhausted

Boy the O's are hopping!!!

My TOTs today are

1. Don't touch the laundry I didn't finish yesterday ( :cry: )
2. Run away so I can finish my crafting
3. Steal all of the gift cards everyone got for Christmas and SHOP!!

OK...I am going to craft today. I have some circle journey pages to finish and some cards to get out. And I'm still contemplating Christmas cards. I know everyone would still like them even this late, but...we'll see!!

Sorry for all who are still sick and/or tired!! Welcome to dabittymama and Lenemor (I actually spent 2 weeks in Norway when I was 16!! beautiful country!!)

I'm at DD's today. Both her and grandson are really sick.
So DD is napping and DGS is eating froot loops, I thought I'd check in.

I'm tempted to run away to a nice warm sunny beach some where and, just soak up some rays!

I love checking in here everyday.

Hope everyone gets to feeling better soon. The New Year is fast approaching and I still have a million things to do. I need more hours in the day! DD is going to a movie with one of her friends, so I think me and DH will just stay home today. I am trying to organize my photos in Aperture, so will be working on that. Temptations....hum.....to go back to bed! hehe

This time change sure is crazy LOL. The 28th was yesterday and we had a good time. DH's b-day! Didn't really do much, still trying to recover from Christmas. But, our order from the Disney store came and we finally have some really cool TV trays! Unfortunately, I broke one trying to take the plastic off. :evil: That was not good and sort of ruined the rest of the day.

Today, I am FINALLY getting calendars done. Better late than never!
