Woah, this month is truly zipping on by.
Today is the Winter Solstice for us in the Northern Hemisphere. Seems unbelievable, eh?
I don't have much to say here, excpet that I hope everyone is staying sane and relaxed in spite of the hustle and bustle.
So ToT:
1. Figure out where the heck the Mack Truck parade that ran over my body is and tell them to go........ away. LOL For some reason, I ache so bad- even my ovaries hurt :D
2. Take all of my credit cards, buy me a ticket to somewhere warm, and go.
Anyone want to come with?

Well I had a fabulous time baking cookies with my guests today. It went so much better than I anticipated and it was so fun to watch them take notes as I told them what to do! I love being a part of so many different cultures!
I guess I better get busy doing something. LOL

count me in for the warm place ! It was quite OK regarding the outside temperature until these last few days, but is has gone so cold just lately :? I'm well aware it's winter ! brrrrrrrrr !!!!
Cdric (my youngest kid) has been very sick since friday, he's only starting to recover thanks to the medicine (only it tastes so bad that he doesn't want to take it, we have to force it into his mouth, I hate this :( ). It should be over by monday ....
The only problem is I'm the one starting to feel sick ... I hope it doesn't get as bad as for him !
My husband and I have gone christmas shopping yesterday, strangely enough, there were not as many people as we feared and we managed to find what we were looking for. Our room is like Santa's hiding place currently :lol:
I can't wait to see the kid's faces when they open their presents !!!
I've eventually finished my 2007 calendar and ordered the printings yesterday ! I hope the family will like it :?
I'm not as present as i'd like to these days, but I'mquite busy preparing everything in a rush ...

oh Chris! I hppe that you start feeling better soon. Probably the stress taking a toll on your muscles. In south texas we are averaging about 80 degrees everyday. You are more than welcome to come down here! Only a 30 min. drive to the ocean! The water is cold, but still pretty! :D

I hope you feel better Chris! And I am tempted to not go to work - but it's Thursday & I haven't been there all week (2nd week in a row! getting to be a habit! and I'm doing it next week too - oh my )
And I'm tempted to not address my Christmas cards either - oh wait - they're Holiday cards - I made sure to put that on there.
Good news is my dh is doing better. It's still long nights - but he's healing fast.
I have all the pages modpodged into my purse book. It's been fun! A few mishaps... but I'm learning to use wax paper.
I'll come by later - after I get to work.. potluck today -- y ummo! now you know why I'm going to work! ;)

On my list for today, taking my mom to the airport. This is our year to go to Texas for the holidays (to see DH's family) so she is going to Alabama to spend the holidays with a friend.

I feel like the Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. There is no time for anything.
I havent had a chance to check in on the O's today :(
I finally managed to get the polar express train to choo choo around the christmas tree without it coming off the track, and I have persuaded Jamie, my 16 month old, not to eat said train when it comes around on the track.
I havent started wrapping yet, had every intention of doing so this evening, but the ironing called. If I ever find the housework fairy I am going to ask for contact details of the wrapping fairy! I hate wrapping with a passion.
I dont have any ToTs today, since its nearly 11pm I will roll them over to tomorrow.

Hello! DS is now a yellow belt!!! He passed his test yesterday so he's quite excited. It's funny because he really just wants his green belt since that's his favorite color. :lol:
Today is party day. we have a joint party this afternoon for DS and another girl in his class. Should be lots of fun. DH made a cardboard snowman to toss bean bags at last night and it turned out really cute. I can't beleive Christmas Eve is just two days away!!!

Scott just got his blue belt and man oh man, was he ever thrilled! He's 10 and karate has been such a big help for him.
