wooooooohoooooo I'm the first up and at 'em today! I hope I get this posted before anyone beats me to it lol.
I see I completely missed yesterday's oooo's, I'll have to go back to that later!
I've got a busy day planned for today - the best part of the day to look forward to is Alyx get's his cast off today!!!! woooohooooo! He'll still be in a brace for another 4 weeks, but hopefully that will be better!
I'm off to walmart after taking the munchkin to school.... I hate walmart this time of year - hopefully it won't be too bad this morning.

I hate shopping full stop!!!
But I did buy my hubby a kilt today for christmas, so thats one present out of the way :lol: No, but I did spend a reeeediculous amount at TRU and I promised myself I wouldnt!
I was also exceptionally hungover at the weekend, I was a function with DH and paid the price drinking too many black Russians. I did check in here, but had no energy to type. Krista you can stop panicking now :lol:

Good luck with Wal-Mart Vicki....our is always packed during the Christmas season no matter what day it is. Ugg. Hope it is a tiny bit more comfortable with his cast off.

oops I think I sort of skipped the daily ooo's this week end :oops:
I was very concentrated on creating a few (very simple though) papers and elements for a collaborative christmas kit we're having on a french forum I participate in :lol:
I'm really a poor designer :? so it requires a lot of concentration :lol:
I wanted to thank you for the luv you left me at DST on my challenges layouts, it made my day :D
Today is a busy day at the office, I haven't had much time to come around .... but it seems to be cooling a little bit just now :)

Hey everyone!
I can't believe I posted before my sis! She must be sleeping in or I suppose she could be working.
Wow, another cold bus stop. We finally got some snow to cover the frozen ground. Unfortunately it was blowing around and making it that much colder!
Off to do some more layouts. I can't go buying anything more. Although the kids have requested that we go grocery shopping. I don't mind as much because I just become more creative in my meals.
Vicki, Good luck at Walmart. Last week, I went to a Kohls (clothing store) on a Thursday morning hoping to avoid the crows. I was wrong. Yesterday, I took off to the stores during the MN Vikings football game and I think it definitely helped.

Black Russians here are made with Tia Maria, Vodka and Coke. Blows the brains outta your head, no wonder me and the Tyenol were really good buddies yesterday!

Morning Ladies:
Walmart is great between 6-8 AM there's hardly anyone there, we have a 24 hour one sometimes I go there when I can't sleep and get my shopping done.
There's nobody there at 1 AM I can assure you.
I finally got 5 kits finished ready to upload once I have the upload thinghie figured out.
Then I have ct for ROnee and others to get done then I'll be caught up whooohoo.

Walmart around here is starting to get super busy, but not maniacal (yet).
A girlfriend from church moved in so I have a roommate. I had never really wanted one but she's very responsible and it will help w/the mortgage. It's also nice to have some company during these dreary Ohio winters. Her niece is a doll (yep, another kid I can adopt for my photo shoots).
Gotta check out the DigiscrapDesigner forum as I'm doing that mentor program to try to learn design skills...I think a couple people here are doing it.

Let's see, we do White Russians with Cream, Vodka, and Khalua (sp?). Now that I think about it, I think my aunt made one one time with Coke added, but she called it something different. Hmmm, now if I can remember what she called it.... probably not, since I was obviously drinking at the time, lol!
Debra - I thought about doing the mentor program as well, but I don't think I have the time right now, I know it's self-paced this time though. Maybe you'll have to let me know how it goes, and if I should make some time to catch it next time around. :)
