Mooooooorning ladies!! Its actually still morning here :D Well 5 mins until the afternoon, housework is done, and I am still in my PJ's, must get a move on since Sarah starts nursery in 35mins!! ACK!
So plans are today, drop Sarah off at nursery, then straight into town, I ordered/bought Colin a kilt for Christmas and its ready I cant wait to see it!! Afternoon, I am going to attempt to bake cookies with Sarah!
And hopefully I will get a layout done, havent done one for over a week! Also I need to get an ad made for one of my designers, she just released an awesome dino kit, its so cute!

Hello! Yes, it's still Monday here, but just barely. I'm about ready to call it a night. :wink: It was a good day though. Got some rest and this place cleaned up after the weekend. Exciting news too, the rest of our stuff arrives Wednesday!!! Now let's just hope it all arives in one piece. I guess the real trick will be to get it all put away before the weekend and Christmas and birthday festivities--we have three birthdays in the next two weeks! :shock:

Inkspots~ Wow 3 birthdays in 2 weeks is enough even without it being Christmastime too! Have fun unpacking, I hope it all makes it there realatively undamaged. We have 2 friends who moved with the military fairly recently, both to Geilenkirchen (yeah, I spelled that phonetically). One - everything arrived in perfect condition, the other - nearly every single piece was damaged or completely destroyed.
I have no idea what I'm going to do to today, besides going to the grocery for more coffee and taking the munchkin to school.

Vicki have a great day too hon!! Did you get those Santa presents wrapped for Alyx yet? We bought the movie The Devil wears Prada and watched it late Saturday night, no it was early in the wee hours of Sunday morning. Really good movie! I watched the movie too instead of wrapping gifts!
Ok , after I have my 4 cups of coffee, I have to get ready to go shopping with my Mom today! Hope everyone has a great Monday!!! Toodles!!!

I'm going to take a nap here in a bit... Took my dh over for surgery at 6:30 am & they'll call me when he's in recovery.
last night we had a good time. At supper I had a yummy berry daiquairi at TGIF - and then we went shopping for dd's Christmas gift. She wanted a snowboard... holy hannah batman!! Maybe it was our mistake for going to Scheel's - but I was in a good mood -- and we bought a pkg - did you know that you need snowboard, mounts, and boots? omg And the sales guy was so cute - he's like -- this is the last day for the sale....... and we were in defeat (anyone know how expensive this stuff is? Boots & mounts full price EA were about $140 and I won't talk about the board). So then this other salesman comes with a paper - I had to sign a liability release form... worse than buying a car! Anyway, the discount was $200 ... which was very good. Our child is worth it - and I hope we get loads of snow now for her to enjoy it. Her feet are done growing I hope....
I'm sharing this just so you appreciate how little things work when they're young - because when they get older - the toys get bigger. But when we took the stuff over to have the mounts put on the board - a couple salesman asked who the lucky person was - so we must've gotten a good gift. (or they're trained to compliment customers as they walk buy to make them feel better?!! lolololol It worked).
So later today if my dh is feeling good enough - I will make a quick trip to Hobby Lobby & get some things to finish the purse board book & finish my Christmas shopping. We're in the big city now lolol - Fargo, ND. quit laughing ya'll!!

morning all! i am thrilled to be at home this morning at not at work! yippeee!! i'm on christmas vacation until january 2! PAAAR-TEEE!!
so... housework - done. now i need to get some breakfast and coffee and curl up in front of my computer, cause today I'M SCRAPPIN'! ;)
oh, and last week i lost my adorable little shiny white nikon camera... i've been so worried that i had truly lost out there in the world somewhere, BUT i found it this morning while i was cleaning the house! man! what a day already! (and it's only 10 am!) ;)

Connie- How fun!! If your dd is into snowboarding at all then yes you got an awesome present for her!! Has she gone before? My hubby and I used to love going boarding! I say used to because we haven't been since before I first got pregnant. You are making me want to go now! hehe
I don't have much at all done for Christmas- I need to get my rear in gear!! I have a CD calendar to finish, tree to get up and decorate, presents to wrap, and I'm sure there is other stuff I'm not thinking of. Oh, and I need to get my stuff ready to be put in the store! Aaaaaaaaa

Morning Girls!
I forgot how nice it is to check in in the mornings! I've been so freakin' busy lately I can hardly keep my head on straight.
Connie - That's an awesome present! We went to Ikea yesterday and we are redoing my son's whole room so that everything is at his level. He can get to all of his toys, and clothes, and everything has a place. Plus it will have this awesome Dragon theme, and his bed will be enclosed inside this cool alcove with curtains across it, so it's almost like it's his own room-inside-his-room.
When we were paying for all the stuff we grabbed we were talking about how if he's only two and we're spending this much wait until he's older. I guess we were right, lol, cause we didn't have to buy a snowboard. But the sales girl gave us this dissapproving look for spending so much! I couldn't believe it! It's not like he asked for the stuff, we wanted to buy it. Oh well, whatever.
In other news... yeah, I got nothin. LOL. Hope everyone has a fun day baking and scrapping. I've got a bit of work to do and a small b-day present to make.

Ok, I am no longer lurking in here! I'm going to POST! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Ok, today has been CRAZY! I work up early at 6:30 because I was supposed to go to work with my FIL and play the piano for the patients at the hospital where he works. Well, I'm sitting at the table with my MIL and she says "I feel really dizzy... bad dizzy" and it just gets worse... to the point where she can't see! I was scared to DEATH! But I stayed calm. We called 911... I kept cool washcloths on her and helped keep her comfortable while she threw up (not that you can get very comfortable when that is going on). It turns out that she has a virus in her inner ear! Thankfully she is OK! I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO scared... I am very very very close to my MIL and I just didn't know what I'd do without her.... anyway, it's all fine and I did good... I didn't flip out! This is HUGE for me (because I have a history of panic/anxiety attacks) The Holy Ghost was really with me today.
anyways... that's my day... and by night I'm a world of warcraft addict (along with vicki and ronee)

Anyways, seems like everyone has last minute things to do. Tonight is dh's company dinner, so kids get to go to see their cousin, and we get to get dressed up and have a nice dinner for free! Cant wait!

my day was very stressfull today at work but its ok.
i am preparing everything till my hon arrives on wednesday. cant wait to see him again after so many weeks ( i am sure i said that again and again...LOL)

Hola Girls!
I hope it's okay to pop in. I've been an absentee in the cyber world the last several days. I've been overwhelmed by life and the holiday brou haha LOL My kids have been sick, Dh put in 70+ hours last week and doesn't have a day off until Thursday. He's my bestest friend and I miss him. I'm soooo behind and am fighting of a respiratory thing and my TMJ is giving me a really hard time, so I'm feeling less than stellar. (whine!) I haven't found my Christmas spirit yet. I'm determined to get past it all though. I've missed the daily Moo's etc. I'm at least back to lurking lol and I just know my "mojo" is around here somewhere!

Shame, shame. But oh so true! :mrgreen: I wish I could get DH a kilt. Someday I'll get one for the boys though. My mom is Scottish and we go to the games all the time, or used to.
